"The Big Leap"- Living your calling means doing the things that you love and being true to yourself.
The reason you started your business in the first place is for your freedom, flexibility,to help people, to work with clients, to transform the world using your unique talents, gifts, and voice.
You want to focus on the things that you enjoy doing and what comes naturally to you instead of feeling stressed and anxious and dreading your workload.
Yet how do you maintain it?
To be a good virtual assistant, there are some common qualities you should possess, but even with all of the skills, you might find it difficult to build trust and time management skills
The following are important skills to have:
Your clients expect you to satisfy their expectations, but sometimes you find yourself unable to meet those demands due to time and energy constraints.
If you are a perfectionist or prefer to do everything yourself, you can end up in trouble. You should respect your time and do what you enjoy. Delegate the work you don't enjoy doing.
You don't want to overexert and exhaust yourself; rather, share your workload with other qualified VAs. By working in your Genius zone and delegating some of your dreaded tasks and workload to other trustworthy and efficient Virtual Assistants, you will then have the time to focus on meeting your clients' needs and accomplishing all your goals effectively.
All around, it is mutually beneficial for all involved parties.
Shared responsibilities are not always easy to do, but it is a "win-win" situation for everyone.
By sharing your responsibilities, both you and your VA can focus and work in your personalized genius zones, resulting in quality deliverables for your clients.
During our Onboarding 101 Course, you will learn how to assess and differentiate which zones you're currently working in and which tasks you need to delegate.
Checklists and templates are also provided.
