Your clients expect you to satisfy their expectations, but sometimes you find yourself unable to meet those demands due to time and energy constraints.
If you are a perfectionist or prefer to do everything yourself, you can end up in trouble. You should respect your time and do what you enjoy. Delegate the work you don't enjoy doing.
You don't want to overexert and exhaust yourself; rather, share your workload with other qualified VAs. By working in your Genius zone and delegating some of your dreaded tasks and workload to other trustworthy and efficient Virtual Assistants, you will then have the time to focus on meeting your clients' needs and accomplishing all your goals effectively.
All around, it is mutually beneficial for all involved parties.
